As the Principle Aboriginal Health Worker (PAHW), you will work collaboratively with healthcare service providers across the District to ensure Aboriginal people have appropriate access to healthcare. You will also provide education, preventative health awareness on chronic disease and other health related issues, with an added focus on improving the patient journey and outcomes for Aboriginal people within their communities.
