Customer & Sales Team Leader

They’re a reverse mortgage lender that specialises in helping individuals over 55 unlock the equity they have built up in their home. Your new Role
1. Deliver exceptional client service by undertaking the following client engagements:
- Leading and supporting a team of Customer Associates
- Mentoring and developing the team to ensure best in class customer service
- Coaching the team to ensure all are performing to their maximum potential
- Ensuring growth targets by managing end to end pipeline
- Case manage customer applications from application to settlement, utilising
exceptional time management and relationship building skills
- Manage inbound and outbound customer email and web chat enquiries – pre-
application, we well as support the gathering of documentation as part of
application assessment and settlement process
2. Help to support and build our customer loan pipeline
3. Maintain strong record keeping and file management practices to support
regulatory compliance, excellent client service standards and allow
product, risk and other management insights at both customer and portfolio level
More about you
4. Experience working in Financial Services with related experience in customer
relationships and sales (or similar)
5. Experience in leading and mentoring a small to large team
6. Exceptional client management skills combined with engaging communication style
7. As with any early stage business, bring an interest and aptitude to put your hand up for other tasks that arise
