Currently seeking a Receptionist / Assistant to be the face and voice of this high performing team this is a role for a talented individual looking to step into Strata.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are looking for someone that has strong administration skills and a desire to be in strata long term. You will be responsible for:
1. Answering and diverting calls, taking messages and distribute
2. Meeting & Greeting clients
3. Mail, banking, filing
4. Database management and updates on the intranet
5. Provide full administration support to the team
6. Maintain stationery cupboard
7. Diary management
8. Attending all training sessions
9. Ad hoc administration duties
10. General Assisting of the strata team
The Candidate:
11. Have a strong interest in Strata
12. Previous strata or real estate experience
13. Strong administration skills and previous reception experience is preferred
14. Immaculately presented and well groomed
15. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
16. Possess a strong work ethic
17. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
