Key Responsibilities: Processing invoicing, payments, and general financial administration using Xero. Providing support by managing customer inquiries and assisting the General Manager. Work across multiple software platforms with ease, including CRM systems. Assisting with scheduling, job management, and compliance-related tasks. Supporting general office administration and supporting the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Skills & Experience: Highly organised with great attention to detail. Experienced in Xero and comfortable navigating various software platforms. A quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly to new tasks. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
