Across Australia Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. For over 15 years, we have been supporting older people, and people living with disability, to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
1. Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
2. Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
3. Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
4. Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual or electric hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards, hearing aids and other physical aids
5. Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
6. Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
7. Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
What you will need:
8. Criminal Record Check
9. Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
10. Disability Workers Screening Clearance (NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card)
11. Current First Aid certificate/CPR
12. Current Australian Driver’s Licence
13. Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
