Your purpose: You can genuinely change your candidate's lives as a Principal Consultant presenting them with opportunities they wouldn’t find on their own. You will be an integral part of the team dedicated to consulting and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your customers. Some of your principal accountabilities are: o To achieve personal sales results through the generation of candidates o To attract, select and assign candidates based on: gaining referrals, advertising and networking o To develop strategies to ensure that you are recruiting the highest of calibre of candidates for your clients o To evaluate and provide a shortlist of candidates by screening, thorough interviewing, testing and reference checking o To educate and offer advise to candidates relating to the marketplace, trends and salary levels o To build solid relationships with candidates to understand their technical skill set, motivations, strengths and weaknesses and career aspirations to be able to effectively place them in the right position o To achieve personal sales results through the generation of clients: o To identify, win and develop Key Accounts by an organised prospection based on: sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking and cross selling, ad chasing o To develop a detailed understanding of clients, their organisational structure, and who the key decision makers are o To understand the size of the market to know the potential for market share o To use the list of competitors of major clients and develop a strategy for acquisition purposes o To develop an acquisition and retention strategy to ensure repeat business from your clients o To build solid relationships with clients to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their department, hiring profiles and how best to represent opportunities for that company o To take comprehensive job descriptions from your clients to present to candidates o To educate and offer advice to clients on the market place, trends and salary levels o To successfully negotiate fees o To achieve personal sales results through successful recruitment and placement of candidates for organisations o Manage the job filling process with control and care ensuring the expectations of both the candidate and client are being managed o To fill vacancies using RHI methodologies i.e. the Working Interview, etc. Who you are: You have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity.
