Job Description
o Oversee collections operations to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
o Implement credit strategies and standards to minimise bad debts and financial risks
o Prepare financial reports and statements for the Accounting & Finance department
o Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner
o Train and mentor collections staff to enhance performance
o Continually review and improve collections processes and systems
o Collaborate with other departments to integrate collections with business system
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit / Collections Manager should have:
o A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
o Proven experience in credit control and collections management
o Excellent knowledge of collections processes and legal requirements
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions
o Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
o High level of professionalism and integrity
