As an Analytics Consultant within WSV’s Data & Analytics division, you will be instrumental in delivering on-demand, real-time business insights that support key strategic priorities. Your deep subject matter expertise in data analytics will be key to driving prevention and recovery performance across WSV. You will develop impactful dashboards, manage reporting processes, and identify insights that enhance WSV's decision-making capabilities. Key accountabilities will include: Management Reporting: Produce and enhance timely, relevant, and accurate regular management reports. Data Analysis: Identify and analyze trends, risks, hotspots, and performance drivers in prevention and recovery efforts. Dashboards & Tools: Use data visualization tools to process large datasets, creating performance dashboards and analysis tools. Project Contribution: Collaborate on analytics projects, providing valuable insights and contributing to the delivery of key initiatives. Analytical Services: Support the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations, performance measurement, and program evaluation. Statistical Information: Provide responses to ad-hoc requests for statistical data and information. About you As the ideal candidate for the Analytics Consultant role will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a high level of proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. You will be adept at managing complex information requests, delivering clear insights, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders. Other key skills & experience include: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel, and programming experience with SAS, R, Python, or SPSS. Expertise in data visualization tools such as SAS VA and QlikSense, and the ability to develop actionable dashboards and reports. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed. Qualifications Tertiary qualification (e.g. Statistics, Business, Computer Science) and relevant experience.
