Salary: up to $65K plus Super plus Commission
A growing finance company is looking for a Customer Service Account Manager. You will be handling a high number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email, and via our client portal in relation to their current account.
You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with payment changes, and engage in soft collection discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling enquiries from customers regarding loan agreements
* Soft collection calls
* Assisting the Sales team
* Completing thorough consultations with clients, including extracting personal and financial information
* Accounts receivable function to assist debtors in maintaining their debt agreement payments
* General administration
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in completing financial applications or assessments preferred but not essential
* A working knowledge of key regulatory and compliance standards in relation to credit provision and debt collection
* Excellent work ethic
* Team player with the ability to work autonomously
* Target-driven and strive towards reaching and exceeding KPIs
* Empathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customer
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
