Job Description
All about your role:
Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for the Relief Manager role at our new contract win in Cloncurry, Queensland. This is a FIFO from Cairns or a perfect role for a Townsville local, based on a 14/7 roster. Your duties will involve providing management of the daily catering requirements of the village, ensuring effective management in the areas of:
* Food Production
* Menu Planning and Daily Production
* Dining Room Services
* Safety, Health and Environment
* Customer Service
* Staff Supervision
* Compliance
* Administration and Operation Margins
* Client Relationship Management
* Liaising with the Site Manager
All about you:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Exceptional administrative and computer/software skills
* Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environment
* A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
* A motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
* Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
* Adherence to food & general safety practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
* Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
* Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
* Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
* A manual driver’s license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)
