Business Development and Sales CoordinatorThe Business Development and Sales Coordinator holds an integral position within our business and will be proficient in their communication, organisation and business development.
The role is critical to ensure our continued growth in both the residential and commercial construction sectors.
In addition, the role requires communication and organising documentation between potential and existing customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Business DevelopmentIdentifying new opportunities in both the residential and commercial sector for our suite of products, including WoodFibre, OSB Ply and Pro Clima high performance membranesLead generation and prospectingDeveloping a sales strategy for the business' suite of complimentary productsAchieving the mutually set sales targets for each product classIntroducing potential new customers to our training and assist with helping them understand the benefits of high performance constructionSales and Customer ServiceCommunicate effectively and professionally with all staff, supervisors, and clientsAssist existing customers with ordersIntroduce new products to existing customersAttend Expo's and other relevant industry eventsGeneralComplete other one-off projects as requiredQualifications and Experience
Year 12 completion or equivalent and/or relevant experienceExperience within the construction industry (Commercial experience preferable)Previous experience in sales and business developmentExperience and skills in using MS Office suite of productsKnowledge and Skills
