About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you'll play a key role in product enablement at Swaggle. This means you will work with a passionate team to further integrate our ERP and improve processes that ensure an outstanding customer fulfilment experience.
In this role you will support defining the backlog to ensure it aligns with the business and product strategies, as well as contributing to the end-to-end execution of initiatives, from discovery to delivery. You will be required to deliver prioritised backlog initiatives to support delivery of quarterly objectives and improve team best practices and processes.
You have demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle and experience building and shipping product experiences. You have a strong understanding of the broader digital ecosystem including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability and accessibility etc
You are highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and people enjoy working with you. You Listen well, build consensus, drive hard decisions and push the pace.
Your stakeholder management skills are exceptional as you will be required to communicates progress of initiatives to stakeholders and will be responsible for the results and customer/business outcomes. You are skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.
Ideally you have experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite) and warehouse systems to support customer fulfilment improvements.
About you and your skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior / Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both customers and the business
• Experience delivering product features using agile principles
• Experience in an online retail environment is a must
• Experienced in communicating and rationalising product /process design decisions
• Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
