About the role Improve Systems and Processes for productivity and efficiencies Run projects with Merchandise and IT Hybrid and flexible work An exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandise Business Analyst to join our Commercial team to support and drive systems and process improvement, enabling productivity and efficiency within the Commercial team and business. This role will see you running projects on behalf of the Commercial team using a project methodology, coordinating resources, communications, and test plans to support internal projects. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and end users to understand processes and business requirements will see you supporting the Commercial team to compile business requirements and prepare and present Business cases. Ability to build and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business is key to this role, with a focus on working closely with IT to develop systems to automate processes and tasks. Driving a varied and wide scope of related projects at any one time, this key role works across broader business projects as a representative for the Commercial team. About you Qualified in a project management methodology, this key role will leverage your business experience with established exposure to Merchandise systems and processes. A confident communicator with an analytical and solutions mindset, you have the ability to influence and present to all key stakeholders, achieving positive outcomes and process improvements.
