The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee multi-site operations across Perth, with a company vehicle provided for site travel. This is a full-time role under the SSIA framework and requires a proactive leader with strong operational and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities Oversee security operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Supervise and support security teams across locations, managing their performance and professional development.Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high service standards.Implement security directives and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.Manage site documentation, including SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and staff training records.Coordinate rostering and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage across sites.Regularly travel between sites using the company-provided vehicle to conduct audits, inspections, and staff engagements.What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have : Proven experience in multi-site security management or a similar leadership role.A valid security license and first aid / CPR certification.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing security teams.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office.Certificate III in Security Operations (Leadership Course - CPP31318) is highly regarded.A valid driver's license (essential for the company vehicle).Why Join Us?
