We ensure Albury is a great place to live, work and invest.Qualifications & experienceTertiary Qualifications in Education, Arts Management, Libraries, Museum Studies or related discipline, or relevant equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience in the development and co-ordination of educational and/or public programs and eventsExperience at supervisory level in a cultural, educational or community facilityTasks & responsibilitiesLead the development of a range of public programs and exhibitions to further the education and lifelong learning role of the Albury LibraryMuseum and Lavington Library and engage the community and visitors.Lead and supervise the Learning & Outreach team including work- flow, performance management, training and development, and promoting a harmonious team environment.Lead the development and implementation of a range of programs and educational resources to support Libraries and Museum exhibitions, collections and services.Market programs in line with AlburyCity Communication protocols and in liaison with relevant team members.Oversee major projects and programs, including the annual Write around the Murray FestivalHoursBased on a 35 hour week, working 35 hours across a 7-day spread, with actual days and times being worked in accordance with facility roster, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
