CatholicCare Tasmania’s Early Learning and Care are looking for a passionate and energetic part time Lead Educator to join our fantastic team in our Outside School Hours Care Program in Southern Tasmania.

The Role:
* Create and lead a positive and enriching environment to support and engage school aged children in OHSC and vacation care.
* Lead and guide a team to run an engaging program
* Maintain effective communication with the parents
* You will have the opportunity to use your skills to help create an engaging program.
* You will become part of the CatholicCare team that help support and enrich the lives of children and families.
As an Educator you will need:
* Passion for the Early Childhood Industry and are an enthusiastic and supportive Educator
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Proven experience working in a similar lead educator role
* Current First Aid Certificate, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate or the ability to acquire this promptly
* Working with Vulnerable People Registration
* National Police Check
* Current Drivers Licence
* Focus on Health & Safety requirements
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to read and interpret Policies and Procedures
