Your role exists to make our customer's lives easier. Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building or renovating, you're there to deliver the right solutions at the right time.
Our Home Lending Specialists thrive on creating long-lasting relationships as well as proactively creating new relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence and advocacy in every interaction.
More specifically you will:
Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams Complete discovery and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills Be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lending and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation Known record for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining relationships A strong presence in the local community; building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong referral network. The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions With us, you'll help customers make informed financial decisions to achieve their goals.
