About You
Otis is growing, and we are looking for a Service Solution Specialist to cover Northwest NSW (North Sydney to Western suburbs).
The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.

2. Report to the Service Support Manager
Key Responsibilities
3. Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
4. Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
5. Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders
6. Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
7. Use Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results effectively
8. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
9. Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
What you will need to be successful
10. Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
11. Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment and proven sales track record for developing and selling large deals.
12. Sales experience within the Lift or Engineering industry will be preferred.
13. Hold a valid driver’s license.
14. Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements
15. Have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
16. Have a high level of commitment and reliability.
17. Target-focused, able to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization.
