Its Trustees are committed to maintaining the rich history and provenance of Cruden Farm, whilst providing an exceptional experience for its visitors. As one of Victoria's treasured country estates and renowned green spaces, Cruden Farm is seeking a motivated Head of Operations to join the team and drive the mission forward. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the Executive Director and Board of Trustees. As the Head of Operations, you will oversee key operational activities, ensuring strategic objectives are met, including a major events redevelopment with the highest governance standards. You will support the Executive Director in maintaining the Strategic Business Plan, Finance, and Administration while leading a dedicated team to achieve maximum performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance Cruden Farm's operational activities to meet its goals. Develop and monitor governance policies, IT systems, human resources, and financial processes. Manage financial planning, budgets, and compliance obligations. Prepare quarterly reports and support the Board of Trustees. Lead marketing strategies and campaigns to promote its venue and drive visitor numbers. What we are seeking: Strong leadership skills with a data-driven mindset. Proven experience in financial management. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to team development. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 10 years of operational experience, preferably in a similar industry.
