About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an experienced Senior Change Advisor to join the Rio Tinto finance division. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster with adhoc site travel for a 6 month duration. Key duties and responsibilities: Drive change management by scoping, planning and delivering change activities and artefacts Partner with the project team to guide them through the change management process Collaborate closely with functions and delivery partners Identify stakeholders, develop an engagement plan and then execute the plan to bring stakeholders along the change journey Embed strategies to identify and monitor the needs and concerns of key stakeholders and implement actions where required Champion change capability development with impacted teams - support and engage operational leaders awareness and understanding on the case for change Assess organisational capability gaps and defining the actions needed to build change readiness. Identifying and championing risks that may impede the delivery of change or its longer-term sustainability. Skills and Experience required: Relevant experience or qualification in Change Management, Project Management, or Human Resource Management At least 5 years change management experience in large-scale organisational transformation projects/programs, preferably in a mining or resources industry operational environment.
