You'll be working on-site at our Collingwood Office.We are seeking a passionate and highly organised team player who will ensure that our clients and suppliers receive premium service at all times. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm, with on-site parking available.As the Projects Manager, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager, overseeing all product purchasing and shipping for Projects by managing the end-to-end Commercial Supplier & Customer Order process for the James Dunlop Group.Your focus will be on building strong supplier relationships, optimising procurement processes, and collaborating with internal teams and all stakeholders to resolve challenges. You’ll also manage all direct customer shipments and international shipping, liaise with freight forwarders, track purchase orders, shipping schedules, and project documentation to ensure smooth project delivery end to end. Ultimately, you are responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of projects.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in customer service, logistics, sales support, freight forwarding, and goods shipment.Self-starter who can manage priorities and their time effectively, meet regular deadlines, and take/follow up action.A positive attitude and ability to connect quickly with everyone you meet.Confident ability to liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem solver with high attention to detail.Flexible and adaptable.Proactive and willing to learn.Excellent PC skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of products.Experience in SAP highly regarded.You must have the right to work in Australia (Sponsorship is not available).If you are energetic, results-driven, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the role for you.
