Applications are invited for the position of Planning and Maintenance Coordinator to join the MSF Sugar team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is located at our South Johnstone Mill, which is located 15 minutes from Innisfail. The Planning and Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the management of planning and scheduling of maintenance for the mill equipment, plant and vehicles. The Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities will include: Leading the planning function including scoping tasks, allocating labour and purchasing materials Leading the scheduling function including developing crush season, maintenance day and maintenance season schedules Contacting vendors to source stock and non-stock items Raise purchase orders, invoice receipts, stock take and order stock Supervise when required, including leading toolbox talks, timesheets, payroll enquiries, weekly reports, and develop JSEAs Maintain NVHR permits and schedule maintenance of plant & vehicles The ideal candidate will have: Mechanical or Electrical Trade with maintenance planning experience. Knowledge of railway infrastructure - how to build and maintain. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of applications. Proficient in use of CMMS and SAP. Proficient in use of MS Project. Other qualifications or prescribed occupational training such as a loader, forklift, dogger would be advantageous.
