As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality clinical care that supports our customers in Forster/Taree and surrounding areas to remain living well at home.
You'll develop genuine connections with our customers and their loved ones and assist them to optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.
What do we need from you?
This position allows you to work from your home office with support from the local site office in Forster.
This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.
This role does require you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients' homes.
Registered Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration Minimum 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Intermediate level of computer skills About Us: BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
