Customer-Centric Role: Be the face of our industrial automotive design and engineering company, delivering exceptional service and support to clients across the country.Travel: As a Product Service Engineer, you will travel nationwide to client sites, analysing, identifying, and documenting issues with customer-supplied equipment.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues.Key Responsibilities: Provide field support for New Product Introductions, ensuring successful deployment and performance.Identify and resolve product deficiencies, improve designs, and implement enhancements using Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) processes.Act as the technical liaison between our client and dealers.Conduct failure analyses, prepare summary reports, initiate and review problem lists, and communicate solutions to relevant stakeholders.Once product issues are resolved, initiate Technical Information Bulletins, Service Magazines, or Service Letters to update field and dealer personnel.Travel to customer mine sites for field investigations and follow-up.About You: You are a technically adept, customer-focused professional with experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.Your strong electrical and/or mechanical aptitude allows you to diagnose and resolve product issues efficiently.With an outgoing personality, you excel at building strong relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams.You're skilled at documenting technical issues and communicating them clearly to in-house engineering for resolution.Your proactive approach and willingness to travel make you a great fit for this dynamic role.Required Skills: Strong electrical and/or mechanical aptitude, supported by a degree or trade background.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate technical clients and colleagues.Engineering or manufacturing experience, with a solid understanding of materials, equipment, and processes.A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with expertise in machine electrical and/or mechanical systems highly desirable.How to apply: For more information about this position, please contact Rahul Sarkara on 0438 825 *** or email ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
