The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for a creative Email Marketing Officer to join the digital and communications team.
Position Details Email Marketing Officer, Full time, temporary, 05 May – 05 September £25,000-£27,000
The Email Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing email marketing campaigns for the 2025 Festival.
You will focus on email automation, particularly with pre and post-show emails, manage lists, and report on results.
You will work directly with the Digital Experience Manager, Digital Officers and co-ordinate with internal teams.
You will be experienced in working with Spektrix and email automation with strong attention to detail.
You will be comfortable working to deadlines and be a natural problem solver.
Experience working for an arts organisation or an interest in the performing arts would be a bonus.
Working Hours 35 hours per week, by agreement within standard hours of 9.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday.
At peak times, and particularly immediately before and during the International Festival, it may be necessary to work outside standard hours and at weekends.
The weekly hours during this period will remain at 35 hours per week.
