Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Readiness, you will lead Change workstreams across the Customer Transformation Programme. Your role involves expert change management guidance, managing implementation and change risks, and conducting detailed change analysis.In addition to leading Change workstreams, you will mitigate change-related impacts and ensure effective change readiness across all organisational levels. With a minimum of 8 years' experience in complex change management, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the aviation industry and Qantas' technology landscape, you will thrive in this role.You’ll have –Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management or equivalent industry experienceThe role requires a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a project environment with demonstrated examples of key Change initiatives being deliveredSound knowledge and experience within project and change management initiativesSignificant experience in a complex matrix organisationExposure to Agile methodology and understanding of the airline industryExperience with complex operational environments and stakeholdersHighly self-motivated with strong ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as neededExcellent relationship management skills and strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to influence key stakeholders at the Senior Executive and junior levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility and confidence to run forums with more senior management membership/participationStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsQantas is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
