Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and oversee testing projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Drive the Testing: Apply best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and functionality of our IT solutions. Payroll Integration: Leverage your payroll experience to integrate payroll systems and processes into our IT projects, ensuring seamless and compliant payroll operations. Rostering Optimization: Utilize your rostering experience to enhance employee scheduling and rostering processes, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and efficient project delivery. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality assurance, and best practices. Prior experience with payroll systems and integration. Demonstrated expertise in employee rostering and scheduling. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
