We’re seeking experienced outbound call centre sales professionals to join a respected and established business in the energy sector. In this role, you'll reach out to existing customers, offering them the opportunity to upgrade or switch to a more competitive energy plan. The Finer Details: Highly competitive rate of $40 per hour super Full-time hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Immediate start for this role with some flexibility if required 4-week contract with potential for extension Mile End location with free street parking Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing customers, introducing them to new and competitively priced energy plans Generate leads, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities through outbound calls Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals Ensure alignment with team objectives while tracking sales performance The ideal candidate will showcase; Proven experience in outbound phone-based sales or lead generation, ideally in the energy sector or similar fields Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven reliability and commitment in previous roles Availability for an immediate start, with an understanding that this is initially a short-term contract Sound like you?
