We're seeking an experienced administrator who is comfortable dealing with competing priorities, managing customer expectations and is open to a challenge! Working from our Holtze office, you will manage the scheduling and coordination of our Technicians in our Service Team, where no two days are the same.
You will play a vital role in ensuring all requirements are met for our technicians to access sites and deliver on our promise to our customers within a timely manner, in the most efficient way.

This role will see you working closely with our customers, Technicians, and Branch Manager, requiring you to develop strong relationships in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact within our Servicing team for our customers.
2. Communicating with technicians regarding their work requirements and schedules.
3. Liaising with customers in regard to site expectations and the time management of jobs.
4. Maintenance of records and order entry timelines with accuracy.
5. Create, implement, and update monthly Preventative Maintenance plans.
6. Ensure Technician inductions are up to date.
7. Updating our valued customers on service delivery, progress of delivery and completion reports via our customer portals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration or scheduling of a field-based workforce. You will be looking for career longevity and possess the following skills:
8. Strong customer service aptitude
9. Ability to plan, organise and monitor service delivery.
10. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
11. Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
12. Knowledge of our CRM (Salesforce/Service Max) will be an advantage.
