South Australia PoliceJob reference: 645661Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: Short Term ContractEligibility: Open to EveryoneTerm full-time vacancy up to 30/11/2025.The Australian National Child Offender Register (ANCOR) Administration Team Leader is accountable to the ANCOR Registrar (Detective Senior Sergeant) and is responsible for undertaking a range of administrative functions, including the oversight of a team of ANCOR Administration Officers. The Team Leader ensures that quality service standards and key performance measures for the team are met and a prompt and accurate level of customer service is provided to internal and external clients in accordance with appropriate legislation, local policies, guidelines and procedures. The Team Leader will be responsible for the provision of a business and administrative service which includes budget monitoring, finance, facilities management, records management, asset management, audits, fleet management, workforce rostering, database administration, information and technology support, travel and accommodation administration and other human resource related activities to support an effective and efficient operation of ANCOR.The ANCOR Administration Team Leader will provide support and assistance to police operations within the state, throughout Australia and international agencies. Working within ANCOR, the position is privy to highly protected information that cannot be released to the public. The Team Leader will be required to respond to the diverse nature of ANCOR telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner and respond in accordance with established SAPOL practices, policies procedures and legislation.
