Position They areseeking an experienced Finance Manager to joinon a part-time, temporary basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's key financial activities, ensuring compliance with taxation and statutory requirements, and managing payroll and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly financial statements.
Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle taxation compliance, including tax-effect accounting and transfer pricing principles.
Supervise payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Support the implementation of ERP systems and financial process improvements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage complex finance-related projects as required.
Profile CPA/CA qualification with commercial experience within a related industry.
Proven experience managing accounting, tax, and statutory compliance in a small-to-medium organization.
Exposure to ERP system implementation and finance transformation projects.
Strong understanding of tax-effect accounting and transfer pricing principles.
Experience handling complex finance projects and process improvements.
Industry experience preferred but not essential.
