This is a full-time position where you'll be a manager of service delivery and coordination. You'll be providing guidance to Support Workers working throughout the Logan, Ipswich and Metro's Complex Community Access and Supported Independent Living services. On a day-to-day basis you will be: Building a high performing and positive team culture that focuses on client-centric service delivery goals using evidence-based practices. Inspiring your team, supporting and guiding the Support Workers in the delivery of recovery-oriented practice. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the clients, families, carers, and employers. Managing the resourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and quality management to meet our clients' needs. Supporting client satisfaction and ensuring clients are appropriately supported in their needs. About you: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar frontline leadership role – preferably within mental health, child protection, or community services sector. Significant experience in delivering high-quality mental health, disability and/or community services. Knowledge of Complex Care, Restrictive Practices, Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Demonstrated experience at successfully managing and resolving escalating situations and a high level of adaptability. Financial literacy – understanding balance statements, maintaining budgets, managing costs and maximising staff utilisation through the use of effective rostering practices.
