ABOUT THIS ROLE As a JJ’s Administration Officer / Sales Administrator, you will support our depot operations (specifically the sales team), in the Darling Downs region - based from our Toowoomba office. You will be experienced, reliable and able to provide efficient day-to-day administration support to the team. Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers. This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met by effective management for internal & external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner Provide administration support and reporting to our Sales Team and Branch Manager Capability to understand and implement document systems, processes and procedures Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including telephones and ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, and escalating accordingly Processing of documentation accurately and efficiently Accurate calculation of Sales Teams’ commissions Other general administration duties as requested ABOUT YOU Previous experience working in transport or logistics (preferred) Excellent communication skills & attention to detail Time management and organisation skills Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role or a role requiring a similar skill set. Well-developed time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing the workload and priorities and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs and the ability to develop proficiency with in house corporate systems. Well-developed people and relationship skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, contribute to a positive work environment and with a strong focus on provision of quality customer service.
