Full time hours Job Description Calling all skilled loader operators We're searching for a dedicated Loader Operator for our client's Crop Shed in Ballarat, VIC. You'll be at the centre of harvesting operations, ensuring smooth storage and movement of materials. What You'll Do: This dynamic role will keep you busy with tasks like: Operating a wheeled loader to handle and store harvested pyrethrum crops and stockfeed in the Crop Shed, maximizing storage space. Coordinating bulk deliveries within the shed alongside Weighbridge Operators, following all safety protocols. Performing routine maintenance on equipment, including loaders, and advising the supervisor on fuel needs and major repairs. Keeping the workspace clean and free of dust and fire hazards, including loader cleaning. Assisting with weighbridge operations, truck loading, storage operations, and limited equipment repairs. Documenting tasks in logbooks for quality control. Supporting the Pellet Plant operator as needed and carrying out other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
