About the Role:
As a Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
This role requires a strategic thinker and highly motivated individual.
An excellent opportunity awaits to develop skills in real estate acquisitions, planning regulations, financial analysis, and construction project management, with full mentorship.
You will be involved in key stages of project delivery, from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to approvals, design coordination, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Assist Director in management of developments from concept through to completion.Support financial management including feasibility, budgets and forecasts.Report regularly to Director on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities.Work on development approvals, zoning requirements, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with internal teams, including preconstruction, design, construction teams, and finance.Communicate with stakeholders on behalf of Director, as directed.Engage with local councils, town planners, and consultants to facilitate planning and development approvals.Manage external and internal stakeholders.Negotiate with relevant authorities.Contribute to sales and marketing activities.Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for Director, and stakeholders.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is imperative.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You will ideally have 1 -4 years' experience in Property Development and Project Management or Construction Management.A degree in Property, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable, but not essential.A keen interest in property development and a drive to learn and grow.Attitude is everything!
