This is a contract position that reports to the Manager, Change Management. The role provides governance for individual change, engages with key stakeholders, and ensures buy-in and input into the future direction of the organisation.
The role will also provide implementation and integration advice on the organisation reform agenda to ensure achievement of the agenda's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver change management, communication, and engagement strategies within a large-scale project/program environment.
* Provide high level knowledge of contemporary and best practice change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Understand and analyse operating processes and systems in a complex, multi-site organisation, and in an industrially sensitive environment.
* Deliver transformation initiatives across a large and complex public sector organisation.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and negotiate with and influence others on sensitive and complex issues.
* Draft a range of materials, from web text to presentations, reports, and formal documents.
Requirements:
* Industry-recognised qualifications or certification in change management.
* Formal qualifications in business (or a related discipline), human resource management, or project management.
Working Conditions:
* Travel may be required for this position as it may involve working at different sites.
* This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Brisbane.
* Remote work is not available.
