Some of the responsibilities include: To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Concierge Desk on a day to day basis. To be fully conversant with all services, facilities and functions within the hotel. Building relationships with regular guests, long stay guess and VIP guests To handle guest enquiries and requests and to have a thorough and up to date knowledge of Melbourne city, entertainment, attractions, activities, dining and its surrounding areas. Assist with Concierge's administration functions Qualifications Previous work experience in a similar fast-paced hotel operations environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the confident ability to interact with guests via telephone, email and in person.
