Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$142,760.00/yr - $150,874.00/yrThe Manager Complaints and Client Engagement Officer role is a newly created role, and an opportunity to work with the first Victims' Commissioner in Queensland by promoting and protecting the rights of victims of crime in accordance with the Victims' Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024 (the Act).As the manager, you will lead a small team responsible for managing the complaints function of the Office of the Victims' Commissioner, in receiving and dealing with enquiries and feedback from victims of crime and resolving Charter of Victims' Rights complaints in accordance with the Act.
