Job Title: Partner Manager, TVOD, Prime Video Australia and New Zealand
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented individual with a background in partner and P&L management to drive growth for the Australia Prime Video TVOD business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow strong senior-level relationships with TVOD content partners.
2. Develop and execute strategies to maximize TVOD performance, collaborating with internal and external marketing teams to develop release strategies for new-release titles and create data-driven recommendations for content pricing and promotional strategies.
3. Develop and execute project plans with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to deepen partnerships and drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and profitability improvements.
4. Report on key performance indicators to senior management and recommend initiatives to improve business performance.
5. Analyze partner performance to create partner-facing strategy presentations featuring data-driven recommendations, actionable insights, and growth opportunities.
6. Leverage customer and partner needs to advocate for and drive delivery of Prime Video features that provide an unparalleled streaming experience.
7. Evaluate industry trends, competitor developments, and seasonality to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Extensive background in partner management, business development, or content licensing.
* Strong history of profit & loss management.
* Experience owning program/marketing/release strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven project management capabilities.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
* Familiarity with digital video landscape, particularly content monetization models (e.g., TVOD, SVOD, AVOD).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the media and entertainment space, particularly at a major streaming platform or content distributor.
* Strong understanding of the Australian entertainment market.
* Complex problem-solving skills and experience working in tight schedules.
* Master's degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
