Conduct market reviews and consumer research to generate insights that inform brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Manage end-to-end brand marketing activities, including campaign planning, supplier approvals, media buying, and public relations. Monitor brand performance and profitability, including sales analysis, demand forecasting, stock movement, and post-campaign evaluation. Oversee promotional events, merchandising, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective market execution The Successful Applicant 3-8 years of relevant FMCG experience, ideally with exposure to the food industry. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong verbal, written, and reading skills in both languages. Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and analyse data effectively. Financial and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, budget management, and building strong relationships.
