We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience providing high-quality counselling and crisis response support Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude. 3 years of relevant experience in allied health is desirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver's licence and having your own vehicle is a must.
