The Position
The purpose of this role is to provide governance over all technical IT changes across unclassified and classified environments, which include impact assessments, risk mitigation, resource plans, business and IT communications and post incident reviews.
This role is responsible for:
1. Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings ensuring the review, assessment and proposed changes are aligned with CEA Technologies processes.
2. Evaluate all changes for technical viability, risks and impacts on systems and business operations.
3. Monitor the progress of all changes and provide regular reporting as directed by management.
4. Establish a change calendar that incorporates schedule change dates and outages across all environments.
5. Establish clear roles and responsibilities in the Change process, including approvals and authorisations.
6. Communicate all business impact to CEA Technologies employees.
7. Provide ongoing training and guidance to all IT, Cyber and business users on the technical IT change management process.
8. Other related tasking within available skills and competencies as directed by IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager.
Essential
1. At least 3 years’ experience working as an IT Change Manager or similar role.
2. ITIL certification.
3. Classified System Change Management principles, including an understanding of NIST based security accreditation frameworks (e.g. ISM and JSIG RMF).
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Possess a proficient level of understanding of IT Systems, applications and infrastructure.
6. Possess strong customer relationship and influencing skills.
7. Be able to manage relationships across the organisation at multiple levels.
8. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must be:
1. An Australian Citizen;
2. Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance (NV1).
