Oversee brand campaigns, activations, and the marketing calendar, while driving creative excellence and adopting innovative practices like AI. Partner with key teams to optimise brand activities across all touchpoints. The Marketing Manager - Creative is responsible for driving innovation, creativity, and strategic marketing excellence across the marketing community. This role plays a key part in driving a consistent Endeavour marketing way and spearheading capability uplift programs across the function. This role is also responsible for managing the content @ scale partner relationship interfacing into marketing, plus, the broader Endeavour business in an ongoing BAU capacity to ensure the delivery of effective & efficient communications to our one social customer. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Drive marketing excellence and capability uplift across the team, leading innovative outcomes and creative excellence. Inspires and influences the broader Marketing team by harnessing FUEL to showcase thought leadership, speakers, innovation and new ideas. Build strong relationships with industry trade press and manage external event participation for senior marketing leaders. Oversee the marketing, media, and creative industry award calendar, with expertise in writing award entries. Manage BAU workflow, operational reporting, and analytics to optimise outcomes and adopt AI and automation technology practices. Qualifications Now let's talk about you: 6-7+ years' experience in a marketing or creative agency role, with strong industry contacts being advantageous. Strategic thinker capable of building frameworks and tools to drive capability adoption and marketing evolution. Creative problem solver with a keen awareness of industry trends and culture, continuously pushing innovative marketing approaches. Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience working across complex matrix environments and leading external agencies. Excellent presentation, writing, and data storytelling abilities, with project management and agile experience as a plus. You'll have your finger on the pulse of all things culture and customer, you are passionate about pursuing trends and new growth opportunities in innovative ways, that can be breathed into everything Endeavour does.
