Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs through the NDIS system. About the Role: We are seeking experienced disability and Mental Health Support professionals to join our team in the Caloundra and Maroochydore areas, supporting participants on a 24/7 roster. We offer regular shifts ranging from 8 to 38hours per week, depending on your availability with a PPT base rate of $33.41 or a casual base rate of $41.76, plus applicable shift loadings. Qualities and Necessities We're Looking For: Experience in disability care and or Mental Health Support: Strong background in working with individuals with mental health challenges Is an advantage Positive and Proactive Attitude: Ability to bring positivity to every situation and turn challenges into triumphs. Love for Life and Animals (Dogs): Enthusiastic and compassionate, with a love for life and a comfort level with animals. Qualifications: General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Certificate III in Individual Support is preferred, or equivalent experience. Compliance: Current NDIS Workers Screening, Blue & Yellow Card required. Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, and up to 3 sleepovers per fortnight. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of our participants. In saying that, we aim to offer set shifts on roster once you have been established in the Sapphire family roster.
