This Accounts Receivable officer role will be joining a team of high performing individuals to be accountable for allocating daily payments and closing invoices in various Finance Systems for a mixed ledger of high-volume customer accounts.Your responsibilities will include:Receipting payments and allocating high volume of transactionsFoster good relationships with internal departments and clientsOverseeing debtor management and liaising with internal departments to delegate debt collection duties and maintain debtor ledgerDatabase and document managementReconciliation of customer accountsAssistance with midmonth & end of month reportingProcessing and data entry of financial informationAd hoc admin tasksMinimum Requirements:Experienced Accounts Receivable Officer – at least 2 yearsHigh levels of data entry accuracyExperience in debt collectionAbility to communicate confidently at all levelsAbility to multitask with excellent time management and organisational skillsHighly motivated with attention to detailProcess drivenResilient and confidentAbility to work to deadlinesIntermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP & pivot tables a must)Strong PC and software skills – experience across multiple platformsAdaptable to changeDesirable:Experience with SAPExperience using multiple software packagesBe rewarded for your successWhen you join APM, there's an opportunity to grow your career in Human Services, across multiple global brands and geographies.
