What role will you play? Deliver optimal and accessible user experiences for Macquarie's audiences (clients, investors, media, talent, and regulators) on macquarie.com. Manage web production and content updates for macquarie.com across 34 market sites and 5 local language sites. Lead analytics and reporting efforts using Google Analytics 360, oversee the Group domain portfolio, and coordinate with the central Networks team. Spearhead the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) training program, support critical announcements, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Apply best practice web principles, including UX design, WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, and SEO, to educate stakeholders on digital production strategies. What you offer Experience managing global, multi-language websites for complex businesses. Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and recommend performance improvements. Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and ability to improve accessibility compliance. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and financial services industry. Understanding of data privacy principles across different jurisdictions.
