Job Title: Disability Support Worker
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers in Katherine. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide innovative, flexible, person-centred support to people living with a disability.
About the Role:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
* Implement Person-Centred Practice and understand NDIS restrictive practices
* Prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Commit to assisting those disadvantaged and damaged by society through appropriate service delivery models
* Demonstrate sound communication skills, verbal and written
* Work effectively in a team environment and possess effective organisational and time management skills
* Show commitment to cross-cultural awareness and maintain professionalism, including confidential management of organisational, service user, and employee information
* Hold relevant experience working in Disability, Human, or Community Service and/or relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or another relevant field
