How will I help? An exciting opportunity awaits for a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Teams Phone services, encompassing Level 3 BAU DevOps support and project delivery. Your key responsibilities include: Managing platform Vulnerabilities and resolution. Managing the platform Continuous Improvement and Service Improvement program. Managing Change Control submission for the service. Managing overall services deliveries performance including MTTR, OLA, SLA. MS Teams Phone service stability and deliver related project work on time with optimal cost benefit. Identify opportunities and ensuring all CIs and SIs deliveries meet their target dates. Identify MSTR and TF systems’ Risks and address them promptly. Ensure DR/BCP plan is updated and successfully tested yearly. Complete all company’s mandatory training on time. Microsoft Graph experience. Advanced-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power BI. Min of 8 years’ experience in planning, implementation, and support of Telephony services infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise environment. Experience with Technical Document writing e.g ITSD, SSD. Min of 2 years Data NW experience. Certified ITIL foundation or higher. Desirable: 1-5years Voice Recording experience. SaaS experience. SNOW (Service Now) service management system experience. Jira project management tool experience Experience in writing user and technical documentation, operating procedures and Operation report.
