Our Communications & Marketing team enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, success stories and community initiatives internally and externally. Based in Brisbane, this nationally focused role will support all four offices across Australia and represents an exciting opportunity to become a key contributor to our storytelling.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in the planning, execution and evaluation of national marketing initiatives for our Corporate Finance and Restructuring (CF&R) team. This role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, executing physical and online events and ensuring that external content aligns with the firm’s branding and tone of voice. You will support the team by providing insights on campaigns from a digital and analytical perspective. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent organisational and analytical skills, be proactive and feel confident working independently and as part of a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager of our CF&R team, assisting with planning, logistics and administrative tasks broadly covering:
Strategic Planning and Execution
* Research support to inform business development and marketing activities.
* Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and events.
Content Development and Management
* Create, edit, and manage content and design layout for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, websites, social media and email campaigns.
* Brand review for pitches, tenders, and collateral.
* Manage national marketing and social media activity pipelines.
* Oversee and support brand guideline training within teams.
Event and Sponsorship Management
* Participate in marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Coordinate with external vendors, merchandisers, agencies and freelancers.
* Assist with promotion, post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and return on investment.
* Support the delivery of external sponsorship benefits.
Digital Marketing & Performance Reporting
* Support the management of the CRM platform and digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, website and email marketing.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise digital campaigns and report on effectiveness.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations.
* Provide support across referrer and client reports requiring collation and information analysis.

* You will be utilising various digital and CRM platforms and encouraged to expand on this knowledge via continued professional development, which is strongly supported by FTI Consulting.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Marketing/communications graduate role with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within professional services.
* Excellent command of written and verbal English.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
* Professional and positive manner.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint critical).
* Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro) encouraged but not essential.
* This role may require occasional travel to FTI offices. We operate under a hybrid model - minimum of 60% on site.
