YOUR ROLE As a Trainer and Assessor (Explosive Ordnance), you will play a crucial role in delivering structured training to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required in this field. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and updating training programs, and ensuring compliance with Defence and Thales practices. You will also foster a supportive learning environment and promote diversity in your training approach. Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to – Deliver structured training to equip participants with essential skills Conduct assessments at multiple locations Develop and update training programs according to industry standards Uphold Defence Security Practices and support diverse learning needs Ensure fair and quality assessments through validation YOUR EXPERIENCE Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience Strong experience in the Explosive Ordnance field Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Suite Previous experience within the Defence and/or logistics industry would be highly advantageous WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
